Got a call from the vet about a half hour ago. They managed to get the IV into him without too much fuss. So this is good. They got the blood test results. For the most part I guess everything was okay except for a couple of abnormalities. These were associated with the urea levels and something else associated with the kidneys. The vet said it could be one of 2 things: 1) That there is a problem with the kidneys, or 2) because of the dehydration, the kidneys are giving this fale positive. So what the vet will do is test again on Saturday after BS is re-hydrated.
*sigh* Pets...
