Now, I know that I am in El Salvador. I know that El Salvador is probably not the safest places in the world. However, despite whatever statistics are thrown at me, it doesn't seem to bother me when I hear what sounded like fireworks throughout the day today. I mean, it wasn't constant or anything but every once in a while you'd hear a few here and then a few there. I think it started some time late in the morning. I kept hearing them sporadically throughout the day.
In any case, are they fireworks or gunshots or what are they? O_o
